MAY 2025

“Christ our Redeemer, Christ our Hope”

Bible Verse of the Month

Philippians 1:3-5 (NIV)

“I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.”

Special Greeting: Women’s Day – May 11

We also joyfully celebrate Women’s Day on May 11!

To all the women of Redeemer CSI Church—mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, and leaders—thank you for the faith, strength, and grace you bring into our community. You are a vital part of God’s work, and your love and service reflect Christ’s compassion and courage.

Proverbs 31:25 says, “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” May you continue to shine brightly for His glory!

Reflection & Farewell Message

As the month of May unfolds, it also marks the completion of one full year since I began serving as the pastor of Redeemer CSI Church. With a heart full of gratitude, I thank the Lord for His guidance, and I thank each one of you for your love, prayers, and partnership in the ministry.

This past year has been a precious journey of growing together in Christ—through worship, prayer, service, and fellowship. I have seen your faith, felt your support, and witnessed God’s work among us. For that, I will always give thanks.

As I now prepare to step away from this pastoral role, I carry with me cherished memories and deep respect for this beautiful church family. Though seasons change, the bond in Christ remains unbroken. I trust that the good work God has begun here will continue to flourish.

Church Greetings

Dear Redeemer Family,

I greet you one last time as your pastor, with love and peace in Christ. Thank you for welcoming me into your lives and walking alongside me in this season of ministry. Your encouragement, faithfulness, and generosity have blessed me deeply.

Let us continue to fix our eyes on Jesus, the head of the Church, and commit to walking in unity, humility, and grace. May Redeemer CSI Church continue to be a light in the community and a home of hope for all who enter.

A Word of Blessing

“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you.” (Numbers 6:24–25)

May God’s presence go before you, His peace rest upon you, and His Spirit strengthen you. You will always be in my prayers and heart.

With Gratitude and Love,

APRIL 2025

“Christ our Redeemer, Christ our Hope”

Bible Verse of the Month

Matthew 28:6 (NIV)

“He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.”

Reflection

April brings us to the heart of our faith—the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The empty tomb is the ultimate sign of victory: sin is defeated, death is conquered, and hope is alive.

Easter is not just a celebration for a day, but a truth that transforms every day. Because He lives, we have the courage to face tomorrow, the grace to overcome today, and the promise of eternal life. May the power of His resurrection fill us with renewed faith, joy, and purpose.

Church Greetings

Dear Redeemer Family,

Grace and peace to you in the name of the Risen Lord! As we enter this sacred season, we remember the suffering, death, and glorious resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Let this be a time of spiritual renewal. May our hearts be stirred with gratitude, and may our lives reflect the light of Christ. As a church family, let us walk in unity and joy, sharing the good news of the resurrection with boldness and love.

A Word of Blessing

May the risen Christ fill your home with peace, your heart with hope, and your life with new beginnings. Let resurrection power breathe life into every dry place and restore all that seemed lost. Christ is risen—He is risen indeed!

With Resurrection Joy,

Rev. Sureshkumar Nelson, Redeemer CSI Church, Kansas

MARCH 2025

“Christ our Redeemer, Christ our Hope

Bible Verse of the Month

Galatians 6:9 (NIV)

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Reflection

March is often a month of transition—a time when nature begins to shift from the stillness of winter into the signs of new life. In the same way, God calls us to remain faithful in seasons that feel slow, silent, or uncertain.

This verse from Galatians reminds us that our faithfulness in serving, praying, giving, and loving is never wasted. God sees every small act, and in His perfect time, He promises a harvest. Keep pressing on, for He is with you and working through you.

Church Greetings

Dear Redeemer Family,

Greetings in the loving name of Jesus Christ! We give thanks to God for His guidance and provision through the first two months of this year.

As we enter March, may we renew our commitment to walk in obedience and perseverance. Whether in moments of joy or challenge, let us continue to trust in the Lord’s timing and purpose. We are one body, one family, moving forward in faith together.

A Word of Blessing

May the Lord strengthen your hands and steady your heart. May you find fresh courage each day to do good, love deeply, and stand firm in your calling. The harvest is coming—stay rooted, stay hopeful, and stay faithful.

In His Service,

Rev. Suresh Kumar Nelson, Redeemer CSI Church Kansas

FEBRUARY 2025

“Christ our Redeemer, Christ our Hope”

Bible Verse of the Month

1 Corinthians 13:13 (NIV)

“And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love.

But the greatest of these is love.”

Reflection

February often brings thoughts of love, but as the

people of God, we are reminded that true love is

more than emotion—it’s action, sacrifice, and grace.

The love Christ showed us on the cross is the

greatest love of all.

In our homes, church, and communities, may we be

reflections of His love—patient, kind, not selfseeking,

and always enduring. Let this month be a

time to renew our relationships, forgive freely, and

serve one another in love.

Church Greetings

Dear Beloved in Christ,

Warm greetings to you in the precious name of our

Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As we journey through

this second month of the year, may we be rooted in

the unshakable love of God.

We thank God for the continued fellowship and

unity within our church family. Let us continue to

lift one another in prayer, encourage one another in

faith, and press on in the mission God has entrusted

to us.

A Word of Blessing

May your hearts be filled with the love of Christ this

month. May you experience His presence in quiet

moments and His power in every challenge. Let love

guide your words, shape your thoughts, and inspire

your actions—so others may see Christ in you.

In His Grace,

Rev. Sureshkumar Nelson, Redeemer CSI Church,

JANUARY 2025

“Christ our Redeemer, Christ our Hope”

Bible Verse of the Month

Isaiah 43:19 (NIV)

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”

Reflection

A new year brings new beginnings, fresh hope, and renewed purpose. As we step into 2025, let us carry this promise from Isaiah in our hearts—God is doing a new thing. Even when the path seems uncertain or dry, He is making a way.

Let us not dwell on past disappointments or missed opportunities. Instead, let’s fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, trusting Him to guide us into His perfect plans for this year.

Church Greetings

Dear Redeemer Family,

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and a very Happy New Year!

As we begin this new chapter, we give thanks to God for His grace that carried us through 2024. We welcome 2025 with expectant hearts, knowing that the One who holds the universe also holds our lives. Let us walk together in unity, prayer, and purpose—serving Christ and one another with joy.

Let us begin this year rooted in worship, committed to growth, and united in love.

New Year Blessing

May the Lord crown your year with His goodness and cause His face to shine upon you. May you experience His presence in deeper ways, walk in divine favor, and grow stronger in faith, hope, and love throughout 2025.

With every blessing,

Rev. Sureshkumar Nelson, Redeemer CSI Church

DECEMBER 2024

“Christ our Redeemer, Christ our Hope”

Bible Verse of the Month

Luke 2:11 (NIV)

“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”

Reflection

As we step into the joyful season of December, our hearts turn toward Bethlehem, where the greatest gift of all was given to us—Jesus Christ, our Savior. Amidst all the festivities, lights, and carols, may we pause and reflect on the humble birth that changed the course of human history. Christ was born not in a palace but in a manger, reminding us that God meets us in our simplicity, our struggles, and our daily lives.

Let this season renew our faith, revive our love, and restore our hope. May we also carry the light of Christ into our homes, communities, and workplaces.

Church Greetings

Dear Redeemer Family,

Grace and peace to you in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As the year draws to a close, we look back with gratitude for God’s faithfulness through every season of 2024. We thank each one of you for your prayers, support, and service to the church. You are the heart and hands of Christ in action.

Let us enter this Advent season with joyful anticipation, preparing our hearts to receive the King. Whether through worship, giving, or reaching out to those in need, may we be vessels of His love.

Let us unite in worship, fellowship, and joy as we celebrate Christ’s birth and prepare for a new year.

Season’s Blessing

May the peace of Christ fill your hearts, homes, and families this Christmas. May His love guide your steps and His hope shine brightly in the days ahead. I wish you a blessed and joyful Christmas and a grace-filled New Year!

In Christ’s Love,

Rev. Sureshkumar Nelson, Redeemer CSI Church

NOVEMBER 2024

Dear Church Family,

As we enter November, a season filled with gratitude and reflection, I want to share a word of encouragement centered on thanksgiving. Scripture tells us, “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:18). This verse is a reminder that thanksgiving is not just about a single day, but a lifestyle of gratitude that honors God, no matter what we face.

Thanksgiving in the United States has its roots in gathering with family and friends, celebrating blessings, and giving thanks for God’s provision. This holiday allows us to pause, remember God’s goodness, and reflect on the many blessings we often overlook in our busy lives. As we gather around tables this Thanksgiving, may we also gather our hearts, offering gratitude to God not only for what He has given but also for who He is.

In our daily lives, let us practice this spirit of thanksgiving by focusing on God’s faithfulness, even in difficult times. Whether in moments of joy or times of challenge, our gratitude draws us closer to Him. Just as the Pilgrims once celebrated God’s provision and hope in a new land, we, too, are reminded that God is with us in every season of life.

May this month be filled with peace, gratitude, and an awareness of God’s presence. Let us go forward with hearts full of thanksgiving, ready to share His love with others.

With a grateful heart,

Rev. Sureshkumar  Nelson
